About Us
Busy Bee Construction was founded in 2008 by Stanley Tinwa, in the town of Worcester. The business came about when the owner started doing part time construction work in 2007, as the need arose. As the work poured in, Busy Bee Construction was birthed, and has grown steadily in the last few years, gaining a reputable name for itself within the building industry in the Breede Valley and surrounding Boland areas.

Stanley Tinwa, the founder and owner of Busy Bee Construction, first set foot in Cape Town back in 2004. Young and native to Cameroon, with what seemed like only a few opportunities to start an unpromising future, he was encouraged by his mother to travel overseas to look for a better and a more promising and stable future. The first country that he ever traveled to was South Africa.
After arriving in Johannesburg, nothing seemed as promising as he thought it would be. Times were very difficult and soon he wanted to return home. It was only after a few friends encouraged him to be patient and wait a little longer, that things changed for the better. After receiving some part time electrical work, Stanley moved to Cape Town and soon settled in Worcester. It was a difficult journey for him, but as time went on, more and more small jobs started to pour in. He soon started to gain a reputable name and trust among clients, and in the midst of this, Busy Bee Construction was born. The rest is history.
Stanley has not only made a success, but has in the process also cared for others by investing his time, effort and money to train workers. He currently has a team of 20 people working for him, and it has been a journey of constant excitement and joy of training others and creating jobs.
Our Vision

Since the year of 2016, Busy Bee has also been contracted to do work outside the Boland area, and has since grown a reputation within Cape Town as well. With the work load spreading to areas like Muizenberg, Kommetjie, and Cape Town, Busy Bee Construction has had to become more competitive when it comes to top class quality and service. The importance of honesty, integrity and the need to deliver good customer satisfaction has been our utmost goal in order to stand out from our competitors.
